Persistant style=mine (and light, and site)!
It's taken me approximately forever to accomplish this bug, for which I apologize, but I am proud to announce: Persistant style=mine and light and site is here!
You can find the relevant settings in the display section: Entry View Style and Journal View Style.
Site style viewing isn't available yet for Journal View Style, but I'm working on the CSS to make that happen.

I've put a lot of work into my journal CSS so that I can style bits of entries to make them appear right, things like image alignment and similar.
I guess without running a poll there'd be no way of knowing who or how many people use this so will never see entries as intended, right?
For most, whether my pullquotes appear as a pullquote of an H4 heading makes little difference, but image alignment and similar could be important.
I probably need to get my suggestion for some base classes for CSS put into words quickly, it'd be good for images to have a common 'align' commmand that'll work site wide if people want to use it, for example.
Well done though, a feature I shall never, ever, use, but one I like to know is there.

Though I think I would love it even more if I could get to view my own entry pages in my own style and everyone else's in light. But that's a minor thing and doesn't impinge on my enjoyment of this at all!

I really like that you've separated entries and journal views. I want to see the entries in the site view, but I like to look at journals the way the owner intended them to look like :)

And to the OP: Thanks, this is awesome!

I prefer to read all entries in light format and there hasn't been a working userscript, userstyle or add-on for that for DW.
