Or, you can just get the Python script itself, and hang the config file:

I've tested it in both DW and LJ. It should work for most LJ-esque sites, but I don't have accounts at most of them, so it's hard to say.
What you need:
* Python, version 2.5 or above.
* Patience, as it does take a while.
NOTE: Always check that "trunk" link to make sure you have the most recent version of the file.
If you have suggestions or bugs, feel free to let me know. I'm v. new to Python, so.
